An attack on Pavel Nikulin – chief editor on “moloko plus”* almanac – and reporter Sofiko Arifdzhanova has been committed in Krasnodar, July 15. According to “Yuga.ru” the same day police carried out a search during almanac presentation in “Typography” culture center.
On March 26, 2017 protesters against corruption were attacked and provoked during the rally. We decided to find out, who runs these activities in Krasnodar region:
*Moloko plus — is a paper media on violence in modern world. It was established in 2016 by Pavel Nikulin, a reporter known for his publication in “Russkaya Planeta”, “The New Times” and “Takie Dela”.
The reporters have been attacked at a bus stop. Nikulin told that he noticed two men in medical masks approaching them. He tried to run away, but they chased him down, pushed against a wall and spread pepper spray on him. Nikulin and Arifdzhanova got cornea burns.
Several hours later the police carried out a search during “moloko plus” presentation. According to the law enforcement officers, they have been reported that there will be propaganda of drug abuse and terrorism during the event.
Thus, the following people imagined that they are the power in the whole region of Russia, and they are to decide what Kuban people should listen to, watch at and even who they should sleep with. That would be fine if they would have been punished to the fullest extent of the law, however their deeds are carried out with complete approving silence or even support of the region administration.
The report to the police on “moloko plus” almanac presentation was written by coordinator of Interregional social movement “Descendants of Immortal regiment” Mikhail Banazarov. “Descendants of Immortal regiment” is an ordinary single-used structure involved into black PR, however the list of its members is quite intriguing.
The following people are enlisted in the organization: Mikhail Banazarov, Albert Gaiamian, Aleksei Gaivoronskii. We shall encounter these names again.

There was a special report by Yulia Polukhina from Krasnodar – Masked “Titushkis” stood alongside the police – in “Novaya Gazeta” issue dated April 3, 2017.
The report told about the provocateur activities during the anti-corruption rally on March 26. The protesters claimed that among the provocateurs were people resembling football hooligans and widely known in Krasnodar for their anti-liberal views Albert Gaiamian and Aleksei Gaivoronskii. The latter is also known to recruit hitmen for East Ukraine.
Gaiamian is one of the provocateur heads. He calls for violence against LGBT-community on a regular basis. The most notorious case is LGBT-festival “Chernomorye 2016” disruption.
The Gaiamian’s and Kuban provocateurs’ most favorite activity is disrupting concerts of popular music preformers, among which were Elton John, singer Diana Arbenina, rap-singer Noice MC, Krovostok band and others. Gaiamian is also ever ready to make an application or a complaint when the administration needs to disrupt a concert or a rock music festival, as he did with KUBANA rock festival, or to run rallies against gallery owner Marat Gelman’s exhibitions in Krasnodar.
Along with organizing attacks and concert disruptions Gaiamian actively fights LGBT community and scribbles projects of repressive laws.

“THE FIRST FAG-GATHERING “CHERNOMORYE” WAS BANED IN KUBAN.
Was to take place in Krasnodar region on July 17-19. Sport and thrill loving sodomites were going to participate in the event. Several hundred people have expressed their readiness to go to “Chernomorye” this summer.
According to Fag-sport association of Russia, the gathering was planned to take place on a car camping near Black sea shore. The exact place was kept secret so far.
Local activists in Krasnodar strongly opposed the “Chernomorye”. They carried out a picketing at the region administration office and threatened to run a wide scale rally in Kuban.
– We have been promised that there will be no gathering. That is for sure, – told the chair of regional civil rights committee “Presumption”, Albert Gaiamian.
According to his words, the organizers of the gathering are doing an insidious and disgusting act of involving youth into homosexual relations via sport activities.
The region administration has promised the activists to “silently prohibit” the fag gathering in the region without taking the hype to the media. The administration is busy with the upcoming elections and fag scandal does not benefit them at all.
The Krasnodar region Ministry of sport claimed that The first fag-gathering “Chernomorye” is not enlisted to the schedule of region sport events. That is why the gathering is considered unofficial. There were no comments on its prohibition in the Ministry.”
“Krasnodar will never become a rainbow capital of Russia” – claims Albert Gaiamian.
Albert Gaiamian: – «I have been fighting homosexual propaganda since 2000. I believe that every person can do whatever he wants behind closed doors. They should not advertise this, should not corrupt children and teenagers. In 2000 I drew up a draft bill “Additional articles for the Criminal code of Russian Federation “Society corrupting via activities of homosexual character and homosexualism propaganda”. Over 20 prominent people of Kuban approved the bill. Among them was our Metropolitan Isidore. To say frankly, if I had my way, I’d have returned sodomy article to the Criminal code. We had this article in USSR Criminal Code until 1993, and one could be put to jail for up to two years according to it. Then, after the Soviet Union break they removed this article – democracy, perestroika, that stuff. So with the support in the region I met deputies Shandybin and Raikov. They agreed to promote our draft bill and we agreed that they would only speak about inadmissibility of homosexualism propaganda, but they suddenly started to speak about returning of the sodomy article. Their bill has not passed. However, several years later the law on homosexualism propaganda prohibition among underage was accepted and there appeared a relevant article in the Administrative code of Russia. I believe, there is our share in the fact that this law was signed”.
